Whitbread PLC's Thurrock East Premier Inn is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and plate meals for guests. You’ll work evenings and weekends on a 18-hour contract, with a permanent role and guaranteed hours in a busy hotel kitchen.

You don’t need hotel experience; training is provided. You’ll join a team that delivers reliable meals and excellent service across breakfast and dinner shifts, with chances to grow within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and store stock properly.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
