Premier Inn in Eastbourne is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and plate meals for breakfast and dinner shifts. You’ll work with the hotel team to ensure guests receive meals that meet quality standards.

This role offers a permanent contract with guaranteed hours, 15 contracted hours per week, and shifts including evenings and weekends. No hotel experience is required—training is provided and you’ll have opportunities to develop kitchen skills and progress within Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
