Job summary

Premier Inn in Reading is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and plate meals for guests. You'll work from Breakfast through dinner, preparing ingredients, receiving deliveries and keeping the kitchen tidy.

This role offers a permanent contract with guaranteed hours, shifts including evenings and weekends, and training from day one. No hotel experience is needed; they welcome motivated, reliable people who enjoy working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
