You’ll be part of a team delivering meals quickly and to a high standard, with training provided. This could be your first kitchen job or a step in hospitality, with guaranteed hours on a fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
