Job summary

Premier Inn Honiton is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to assist in preparing, cooking and plating meals that guests enjoy during their stay. You’ll be part of a friendly hotel team, contributing to a smooth service across breakfast and dinner shifts.

Working 25 hours per week with shifts that include evenings and weekends, you’ll learn on the job and have opportunities to grow within Premier Inn. Competitive hourly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• No formal culinary experience required
• Reliable and able to work well in a team

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
