Job summary

Whitbread PLC's Premier Inn in Hinckley is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests enjoy during their stay.

You’ll work around 30 contracted hours per week on a permanent contract, including evenings and weekends, in a busy hotel kitchen. No hotel experience is required; training is provided, and you’ll be part of a supportive team delivering meals guests rely on.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Ensure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
