Job summary

Premier Inn is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member for 22 hours per week at Bicester, Oxford Road, Oxfordshire. You’ll help prepare, cook and plate meals for guests, including breakfast and dinner, and support the team during busy periods.

Qualifications

• First kitchen job welcome; no prior experience required.
• Reliable, team‑oriented and able to stay calm during busy periods.
• Willing to learn and work evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
