Job summary

Stonegate Group is seeking a Kitchen Team Member at Scarlet Tap. You will play a pivotal role in food preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes and maintaining a clean, hygienic kitchen.

You will assist with orders, stock taking, and keeping equipment in good condition, contributing to a smooth operation across busy service periods. The role emphasizes teamwork, a passion for hospitality, and a willingness to learn new skills daily.

Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality and guest service.

• Keen eye for detail in fast-paced kitchens.
• Ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking and hygiene.
• Experience in maintaining kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and ensure quality dishes.
• Produce high-quality dishes to specifications for guests.
• Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic at all times.
• Oversee deliveries and stock checks as needed.

Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
