Job summary

Stonegate Group is seeking a Kitchen Team Member for Ark in Glasgow to support food preparation and uphold high hygiene standards. You will help the Head Chef with stock, orders and daily kitchen operations while learning and developing your culinary skills.

You will contribute to delivering consistent, high-quality dishes, maintain a clean workspace, and bring creativity to improve kitchen performance alongside a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Ability to assist Head Chef with orders, stock taking and food hygiene in Ark.
• Experience in maintaining kitchen equipment is desirable.

Responsibilities

Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for your guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
