Stonegate Group is recruiting for a Kitchen Team Member at The Green House in Belper. The role supports the kitchen operations, ensuring consistent preparation, quality, and hygiene standards while aiding the Head Chef with orders and stock management.

You will contribute to a clean, efficient kitchen environment and collaborate with the team to meet targets and deliver memorable guest experiences across the venue.

Qualifications

• A passion for Hospitality.
• Willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking and food hygiene at Green House.
• Experience maintaining kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for guests.

• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
