Job summary

Slug & Lettuce Milton Keynes is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to support the Head Chef with orders, stock control and food hygiene. You will assist with food preparation and ensure high-quality dishes reach guests, while maintaining a clean, compliant kitchen environment.

Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
