Slug and Lettuce Friar Street in Reading, Berkshire, is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to support food prep, maintain high hygiene, and assist the Head Chef with orders and stock control. You will ensure consistent quality and delivery excellence for guests.

Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
