Job summary

Slug And Lettuce Liverpool is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to support the Head Chef with orders, stock taking and food hygiene, while maintaining high kitchen standards in a fast-paced bar environment. This role suits someone with a passion for hospitality, a willingness to learn daily, and a keen eye for detail to deliver quality dishes.

You’ll assist with food preparation, oversee deliveries, keep the kitchen clean and safe, and contribute ideas to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen operations and food hygiene.
• Ability to assist with orders, stock takes and food hygiene in a busy kitchen.
• Maintaining and cleaning kitchen equipment to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
