Job summary

Social Pub & Kitchen is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for Bucks Head in Camden. You will assist with food prep, maintain high hygiene standards, oversee deliveries, and help the Head Chef with orders and stock.

A friendly, proactive approach is valued as we serve guests in a lively, inclusive environment. Join a dynamic team at a venue known for tasty food, drinks, and regular events, with opportunities to grow within the Stonegate/ Social Pub & Kitchen family.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Keen eye for detail in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to assist Head Chef with orders, stock, and hygiene.
• Experience with maintaining kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and plating.
• Produce high-quality dishes to specification.
• Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic at all times.
• Oversee deliveries to the kitchen area.
• Offer ideas to improve kitchen performance.

Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
