Zusammenfassung

Stonegate Group, proud operator of pubs including Bucks Head in Camden, seeks a Kitchen Team Leader. You will coach and mentor the kitchen brigade, ensuring high-quality dishes and strict hygiene, COSHH and health & safety compliance. The role offers development and the chance to advance within a dynamic pub group.

You will work closely with the Kitchen Manager, manage stock and ordering, and drive the team to hit performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to support, coach and mentor your team.
• High standard of food knowledge and skill.
• Up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal knowledge.
• Willingness to develop personally while helping brigade forward.

Aufgaben

• Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for guests.
• Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager.
• Assist with stock management, ordering and supplies management.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance.
• Lead the team to achieve company targets.
