Job summary

Stonegate Group is hiring a Kitchen Team Member at Station Master Marylebone. You will support food preparation and help maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene while assisting with orders and stock control.

This role is ideal for someone who loves hospitality and thrives in a fast-paced team environment. You will contribute to delivering quality dishes, manage deliveries, and bring creative ideas to improve kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Willingness to learn new skills every day.
• Keen eye for detail to maintain quality and safety.
• Ability to assist Head Chef with orders, stock, and hygiene.
• Experience in maintaining kitchen equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and ensure quality dishes to specification.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently for guests.
• Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic at all times.
• Oversee deliveries and stock checking.
• Offer ideas to improve kitchen performance and efficiency.
• Work with the team to meet company targets.

Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
