Job summary

Stonegate Group is looking for a Kitchen Team Member for Slug & Lettuce Oxford Circus. You will support the kitchen by preparing meals, ensuring quality and hygiene, and assisting with stock and deliveries.

You will join a dynamic team in a vibrant London venue, contributing to great guest experiences while learning and growing in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy in food preparation and hygiene.
• Experience or ability to assist with orders, stock taking and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and cooking to quality standards.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for guests.
• Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic at all times.
• Oversee deliveries and receive supplies.
• Suggest ideas to improve kitchen performance and efficiency.
• Work with the team to hit company targets.

Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
