Job summary

Stonegate Group operates Slug & Lettuce Bath and is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to support food preparation, hygiene, and delivery management. You will work with the Head Chef to ensure quality and consistency across dishes while maintaining an efficient kitchen operation.

You will join a lively team in a flexible, customer-focused environment that values teamwork, attention to detail, and opportunities to develop culinary skills within the Slug & Lettuce Bath venue.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality is essential.
• Willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Keen eye for detail to support kitchen operations.
• Ability to assist Head Chef with orders, stock taking and food hygiene at Slug And Lettuce Bath.
• Experience maintaining kitchen equipment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification.
• Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic at all times.
• Oversee deliveries.
