Job summary

The Coach House, part of Stonegate Group, London’s West End, is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to support the Head Chef and keep the kitchen running smoothly.

You will assist with food prep, maintain high hygiene standards, oversee deliveries, and contribute ideas to improve kitchen performance while producing high-quality dishes for guests.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and hygiene.
• Ability to assist Head Chef with stock, orders and kitchen upkeep.

• Assisting with food preparation.

• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
