Job summary

Stonegate Group is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member for Station Master Marylebone in London. You will support the kitchen by assisting with prep, stock management and hygiene, while learning and developing skills for a career in hospitality.

You'll contribute to delivering high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean kitchen, and working with the team to hit targets. Training and progression opportunities are offered within our vibrant pub group.

Qualifications

• Requires a passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Ability to assist Head Chef with orders, stock taking and food hygiene at Station Master Marylebone.
• Experience in maintaining kitchen equipment is desirable.

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
