Job summary

Stonegate Group is seeking a Kitchen Team Member for The Coach House in Piccadilly, London. You will assist with food preparation and ensure the kitchen operates smoothly, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Join a vibrant West End venue with live sports, events, and a strong team culture. You will work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen colleagues, bringing passion for hospitality and a eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and dish production to spec.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently for guests.

• Oversee deliveries and stock checks as needed.
• Offer ideas to improve kitchen performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team to help meet company targets.

Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
