Haven is seeking a Kitchen Team Manager for JD Wetherspoons at The Bluff Inn, Cornwall. You will lead a busy kitchen, delivering high-quality meals and excellent guest service while managing budgets and resources.

The role requires strong leadership, error-free operations, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment. On-site accommodation is available, with focus on safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large kitchen teams in roles such as Kitchen Manager, Head Chef or as an experienced Sous Chef.
• Level 3 Food Hygiene Qualification desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
