Job summary

Haven is seeking a Kitchen Team Manager to lead a dynamic kitchen, hands-on and motivational leader who coaches and inspires a team to hit targets while maintaining high standards.

You will manage daily operations, budgets, schedules, and guest satisfaction, ensuring safety and compliance, with opportunities for career development and funded qualifications. Onsite accommodation may be available.

Qualifications

• Proven kitchen leadership experience (Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or experienced Sous Chef).
• Level 3 Food Hygiene Qualification (desirable).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets and resources.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without losing sight of detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
