Stonegate Pub Company invites applications for a Kitchen Team Leader at Fairhaven, Lytham St Annes. You will support and mentor the kitchen team, maintain high food standards, and ensure safety compliance.

The role offers opportunities to develop skills and advance the brigade while maintaining a welcoming, dog-friendly environment for guests. You will lead service in collaboration with the Kitchen Manager and contribute to stock management, hygiene, and creative menu execution, driving the team

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles in a kitchen environment.
• Solid food knowledge and skill, with attention to hygiene and safety.
• Up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, and H&S knowledge.
• Willingness to develop personally and lead the brigade forward at Fairhaven Lytham.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager.
• Assist with stock management, ordering and handling of supplies.
• Ensure the kitchen remains clean and hygienic at all times.
• Offer creative ideas to improve kitchen performance.
• Lead the team to achieve company targets.
