Job summary

Heritage Pubs - Stonegate Group is seeking a Kitchen Manager for Fairhaven Lytham. You will lead kitchen operations, coach the team, and uphold high standards of food safety and COSHH compliance at our Fairhaven kitchen by the sea.

In this role you will hire, onboard and develop staff, maintain hygienic standards, manage prudent labour scheduling, monitor stock for cost control, and foster strong collaboration with front-of-house to boost sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with coaching and mentoring teams.
• Strong food knowledge and kitchen operations.
• COSHH, Food Safety, H&S and legal knowledge up to date.

Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard new team members inclusively.
• Lead and develop the kitchen team while enabling training.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Manage schedules to meet labour targets.
• Conduct stock checks to control costs.
• Drive sales by strengthening kitchen-front-of-house collaboration.
