Stonegate Group is seeking a Kitchen Manager for Fairhaven Lytham to lead and develop the kitchen team, uphold high standards of food safety, and ensure smooth operations in a busy pub setting. You will drive performance, manage schedules, and work closely with front-of-house to boost sales.

The role emphasizes coaching and mentoring staff, maintaining compliance with COSHH and H&S, and delivering a consistently excellent guest experience in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a pub or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of COSHH, Food Safety and H&S regulations.
• Ability to onboard and develop team members and manage costs.

Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard new team members inclusively.
• Lead, coach and develop the kitchen team with ongoing training.
• Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards.
• Schedule management to meet labour targets.
• Conduct regular stock checks to control costs.
• Drive sales by fostering collaboration between kitchen and front-of-house.
