Stonegate Group’s Queens Head pub in the East Midlands seeks a Kitchen Team Leader to guide the kitchen brigade, uphold quality and safety standards, and help drive excellent guest experiences. You’ll mentor staff, ensure clean and compliant operations, and contribute to menu execution and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager.
• Assist with stock management, ordering and management of supplies.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Lead the team to achieve company targets.
