Greene King’s Hungry Horse pubs are seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen during peak services, ensuring dishes meet high standards and customers are served promptly.

You’ll support and develop the team, maintain hygiene and safety, deputise for management, and help organise a smooth service flow.

A positive, hands-on leader with good English and the ability to stay calm under pressure will thrive in this role across our well-known brands.

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
