Sizzling Pub & Grill, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader in the UK. The role supports the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of, delivering great food and training great people. Apply via a quick mobile-friendly form with no CV required.

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Ability to train and develop Chefs and Kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and ensure consistent execution.
• Oversee adherence to health and hygiene regulations.
