Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Ember Inns’ Hollybrook Pub. You will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, training great people and delivering a branded menu with passion.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and train kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Experience with stock management and ordering processes.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Support Head Chef and manage kitchen operations to hit targets.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
