Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers’ Woolpack in Wellington (UK) is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, build a kitchen to be proud of, and foster a passion for great food and training people.

You’ll train Chefs, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure health and hygiene standards while delivering on targets and working with a branded menu in a busy pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a pub or casual dining environment.
• Ability to train Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver quality dishes.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and managing stock.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead Chefs and kitchen staff to deliver dishes to a high standard.
• Support with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
• Oversee operation with a branded menu and promote consistency.
