Job summary

Grosvenor in Cleethorpes is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will master the menu with a passion for great food and training great people, delivering consistent quality from breakfast to late service.

In this role you will train Chefs, manage stock and food ordering, ensure health and hygiene compliance, and drive outputs to hit targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams is preferred.
• Ability to train and develop staff in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Train Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Drive targets with your team to smash performance metrics.
• Assist with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and ensure consistency.
• Oversee compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
