Job summary

Woodstock in Manchester is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu with a passion for great food and training people.

You will help deliver high standards, drive targets with your team and manage food ordering, prep, and stock while ensuring compliance with health and hygiene regulations. Compensation discussions apply.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to train and inspire kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service.
• Experience with stock control and food ordering.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
