Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited’s Harvester in Derby is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, build a kitchen to be proud of and master the branded menu.

You’ll train chefs, drive targets, manage food orders and stock, and ensure health and safety standards. The role offers a path to progression and team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and training chefs.
• Ability to manage food ordering, stock control, and meet cost targets.
• Proven track record of ensuring health and hygiene compliance.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
