Job summary

Harvester - Wych Way Inn is hiring a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead and train the kitchen team, manage stock and safety, and help drive performance while upholding branded menu standards.

The role focuses on developing great people, meeting targets, and delivering consistent, quality food with a positive guest experience. This is a part-time position with flexible shifts and the possibility of progression within

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and develop Chefs and Kitchen Team members.
• Experience with food ordering, prep and stock control would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality meals.
• SMASH targets with your team and drive performance.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control; ensure branded menu standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
