Mitchells & Butlers PLC at The Kings Head - Harvester in Frimley is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, build a kitchen you can be proud of and drive high standards in food preparation and service.

You will mentor chefs, manage stock, orders and menu execution while ensuring health and safety rules are followed, fostering a predictable, quality dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Kings Head - Harvester, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
