Mitchells & Butler's Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Navigation Inn - Harvester to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy restaurant environment.
• Ability to train staff to deliver high-quality dishes to brand standards.
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high quality dishes.
• Drive targets with your team and manage performance.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and branded menu.
