Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Harvester - Aintree Park. You'll support the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of, guiding a team and shaping the menu while delivering great service.

You will drive team performance, manage stock and food preparation, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards in a branded environment.

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
