Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for Harvester - Gravesend. You will support the Head Chef, lead a team, and be responsible for delivering great food from a branded menu in a busy kitchen.

You’ll train your team, help manage stock and ordering, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety. A passion for mentoring people and driving performance will help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and training chefs.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Experience working with branded menus and managing stock.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Operate confidently with a branded menu.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
