Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, via Griffin - Harvester in Taunton, seeks a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, build a kitchen to be proud of, and be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food.

You will train Chefs, drive targets, handle ordering and stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards. No CV is needed—our mobile-friendly form makes applying quick, with opportunities to progress and access staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast‑paced restaurant.
• Ability to train Chefs and kitchen staff to deliver quality meals.
