Job summary

Norland in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and lead a passionate kitchen team. You will oversee training, stock management and delivery of great food to guests while maintaining high standards and a positive team culture.

You will work across flexible shifts and have opportunity for progression within Mitchells & Butlers’ pub brands, with benefits and development opportunities highlighted by the employer.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced pub or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of branded pub menus and food ordering processes.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, safety and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Drive targets with your team and monitor performance.
• Assist with food ordering, stock control and menu execution.
• Ensure adherence to health and hygiene regulations across the kitchen.
• Oversee that the team delivers consistent, great-tasting food.
