Miller & Carter in St Albans is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to back the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to lead a team passionate about great food. The role focuses on training, menu mastery and stock control within a branded operational framework.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
