Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader for Miller & Carter in Woodford Green. You will support the Head Chef, lead a kitchen team and ensure food is prepared to high standards.

You’ll train chefs, manage stock and orders, and uphold health and safety rules while delivering on branded menus. Flexible shifts and opportunities to progress are part of the role.

Competenze

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a busy restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to train and motivate staff to high standards.
• Comfort with stock ordering and portion controls.
• Familiarity with branded menus and consistent quality.
