Job summary

Miller & Carter Bath is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food and team development. You will run a section and step in for the Head Chef when needed, ensuring the brigade works as one to deliver excellent meals.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving great food.
• Ability to lead a team in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Experience in kitchen leadership or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
