Miller & Carter - Gloucester is seeking a part-time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu with a passion for great food and developing people.

You will train and inspire your Chef team, manage food ordering and stock, ensure hygiene standards, and drive performance while delivering consistency across branded dishes and guest experience.

• Experience leading kitchen teams and delivering high-quality food.
• Strong people-management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of stock control, ordering, and cost management.
