Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for the Harvester at the Wych Way Inn in Wychbold. You will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, train great people, and manage a branded menu with a passion for great food.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and delivering high-quality food.
• Ability to train kitchen staff and hit targets.
• Experience with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
