Harvester - Blacksmiths Arms is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and help build a kitchen you can be proud of. You will lead and train the kitchen team, ensuring high-quality food and Branded service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams or a supervisory role in a kitchen.
• Ability to train and motivate chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
