Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is inviting applications for a Kitchen Team Leader at a Vintage Inns pub. You will support the Head Chef, train and lead the kitchen team, and ensure the menu standards are met while upholding health and hygiene rules. Flexible shifts and generous staff perks accompany the role.

You’ll join a team focused on great food, great service, and opportunities to progress within Mitchells & Butlers. A strong guest-focused approach and leadership in a branded kitchen are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Ability to train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Experience with food ordering and stock control.
• Ability to work with a branded menu.
• Customer service and quality standards.
