Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Ember Inns in Preston to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll train a team, manage stock, and ensure the branded menu is executed with confidence.

You will drive KPIs, control food ordering and preparation, and uphold strict hygiene standards while fostering a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe Ancient Oak, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
