Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, at Ember Inns Queens Head in Orpington, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of. You will master the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

You will lead a branded menu, train chefs, manage stock and food ordering, and ensure health and hygiene compliance while driving team targets and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced pub environment.
• Strong food preparation and stock control skills.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.
• Support Head Chef in menu execution and targets.
